Information for Tutors and Postgraduate Centres

Cancellation Policy

If PG Centre cancels within 4 weeks of course date – 50% of course fees and allowances and non-refundable expenses are payable, if within 2 weeks of course date – 100% of course fees and allowances and non-refundable expenses are payable.  Confirmation of a course booking includes acceptance of this cancellation policy.

The requirements and number limits for our courses are as follows :

GDP Module 1 - Treatment Planning

  • Data projector
  • Flip chart
  • Group seating - 4 participants per table

Maximum number - 20 (please note that this course is also suitable for hygienists)

GDP Module 2 - Non-Surgical / Surgical Treatment

  • Send out equipment list to participants: download list Equipment List
  • Data projector
  • Flip chart
  • Table seating
  • Individual lighting
  • No 15 disposable blades - 6 per participant
  • Black silk sutures - size 3/0, one per participant
  • Latex gloves - small, medium, large
  • Clinical waste bags (plus disposal facilities)

Maximum number - 12 (please note that the morning session is suitable for hygienists)

GDP Module 3 - Perio-Restorative Interface

  • Send out equipment list to participants: download list Equipment List
  • Data projector
  • Flip chart
  • Table seating, or phantom head facilities if available
  • Individual lighting
  • No 15 disposable blades - 6 per participant
  • Black silk sutures - size 3/0, one per participant
  • Latex gloves - small, medium, large
  • Clinical waste bags (plus disposal facilities)

GDP Module 4 - Evidence-Based Periodontics

  • Data projector

  • Table seating - groups of 4
  • Internet access via library IT facilities
